COMMON STOCK PARTS such as thermocouples, relays, and transformers are eligible for replacement if defective within 90 days of receipt. Simply contact us describing the issue, and we will ship a replacement part.
REPLACEMENT KILN CONTROLLERS are not eligible for return. Electronic parts generally do not qualify for return, so please be sure that you do indeed need a new electronic controller before ordering. Replacement Kiln Controllers come with a one year warranty for failure, and will be replaced should they fail within the warranty period by the Controller manufacturer. Contact us and we will be glad to facilitate a replacement.
NEW KILNS are warranted by Paragon Industries LP of Mesquite, TX. Warranty periods vary depending on the particular model. Factory Warranty Information. New kilns that arrive damaged are addressed individually. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Severe damage is extremely rare, but when a new kiln leaves the Paragon Factory it becomes the responsibility of the freight carrier. Small cosmetic cracks in kiln brick are not extremely rare and do not generally qualify a kiln for replacement.
Each situation is unique, and we address them as such in an understanding, and timely manner.
NEW KILNS CAN BE RETURNED in the original packaging. All kilns are shipped directly from Paragon Industries of Mesquite, TX. If a new kiln is ordered and the buyer decides that it really wasn't the model they should have purchased, or for any other reason wants to return a new unused kiln, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to the Factory, and a restocking fee of 25% of the sale price.
1) Repack the kiln in the original box/packaging.
2) Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization # and return instructions.
3) Arrange with a Carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) to ship the kiln back to the Paragon Factory (return instructions will have all of the information you need).
