The new Paragon Janus-series kilns can fire both pottery and glass. Heating elements are mounted in the top and sidewalls.

Select between glass and pottery with the flip of a switch. With the switch in the glass position, heat comes from the top elements and the middle sidewall element. With the switch in the pottery position, heat comes from only the sidewall elements.

In the glass mode, fuse and sag large glass projects placed on a single shelf. In the pottery mode, fire to cone 10 (2350°F). You can also fire several shelves of smaller glass pieces using the pottery mode.

Shipping: Ships by freight carrier...variable, up to $200 in the Continental US (depending on location). This is a "maximum charge". You must have sufficient personnel on hand at delivery to unload the kiln from the freight truck. You will be contacted with approximate delivery time by us, and by the freight company. We will work closely with you on this! Kilns are shipped directly from the Paragon factory in the Dallas, Texas area. Shipping costs vary. For instance, shipping to Texas will be much less than shipping to Florida. You can assume maximum charges on the east, or west coasts.
